Processing Returns
If you'd like to exchange an item, we'll start processing it as soon as you register your return, ensuring your exchange is completed quickly. For refunds, once your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking number provided when you ship it back to us. After we’ve issued the refund, it may take up to 3 additional days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
